A major field of expertise is in land development in the South East Queensland Corner stretching from the South Burnett to the Sunshine Coast, Somerset, Brisbane Valley and Surat Basin.

We offer a complete service from conceptual design through to final subdivision plans and liase with local authorities and other government agencies to gain approvals. We also liase with a number of Engineers on civil design and can assist with community title developments as well as commercial and industrial leases.

A developer and valued client for a number of years, Roberts Brothers, utilise the services of ONF to fulfil there surveying requirements on numerous large residential, rural residential and rural developments.

ONF have assisted Roberts Brothers in the acquisition of technologies to further aid their development process and benefit from cost reductions in current and future projects. ONF have assisted other developers with there purchases of new technologies that suit the requirements of each individual developer and provide continued support.
