Boundary Identification Surveys

Community Living / Strata Titling
ONF have played a crucial role in the development of successful community living schemes. For many developers strata titling offers an increase in projected valuation and greater sales potential. Leases
ONF prepare accurate and consistent measurement of tenancies in accordance with the Property Council of Australia's (PCA) guidelines. These surveys are often referred to as BOMA Surveys. ONF are experienced in measuring areas in all types of tenancies including: Shopping Centres, Office Buildings, Warehouses, Industrial Buildings and Showrooms as well as Leases over land parcels. Easements & Covenants
In order to protect specific rights over land it is often necessary or prudent to register an easement over that land. Similarly, a development approval may require a Statutory Covenant be registered over part of the development to ensure continued compliance with a condition. In both these areas ONF can assist in the survey and arrangements for the preparation of the documents.
Contour & Detail Surveys

Building Setout
ONF have seen an increase in requests for building set outs over the past few years. Due to the increased demands on builders, complexity in designs and efficiency of ONF surveyors, setting out of small and large building projects continue to be a task we perform on a regular basis.
By liasing with ONF, builders and project managers are able to co-ordinate the complexity of the project while ONF release the pressure of correctly and accurately positioning the new building on the site, whether it is in relation to existing infrastructure or the property boundaries.
GPS / GNSS
GPS (Global Positioning System), or more recently referred to as GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems), is a fantastic tool that can achieve high productivity and accuracy. ONF have a number of GNSS units, which can be combined with other technologies to offer the most efficient survey possible. GNSS is not always the best tool for each project and whilst GNSS can be cost effective, it is common that the most efficient tool is traditional surveying equipment.

Aerial Photography and Photo Control
ONF have worked in partnership on numerous projects with companies specialising in aerial photography and airborne laser scanning. Depending on your requirements, ONF will advise if an advantage could be gained by utilising aerial measuring techniques.
Mining & Exploration
ONF carry out various surveying activities both directly and indirectly involved with mining and mineral exploration. Our survey teams are able to draw on unique experiences ranging from coal, kaolin, limestone & bentonite mining in Central and South East Queensland to seismic exploration surveys in remote Papua New Guinea. Terrestrial Laser Scanning
